If you would like Cathea Creative to be your webmaster and handle site updates and additions you can purchase a Maintenance Package

  • Webmaster Services Hourly Rate: $40/per hour

  • Monthly Package: $72.00/per month(save 10%)

    • Includes 2 billable hours of web site edits per month
    • Additional charges apply after  hourly limit is reached
  • Annual Package: $816/year (save 15%)

    • Purchase 24 billable hours of web site edits/updates to be used over the course of a year
    • Additional charges apply after hourly limit is reached

Each new project follows a standard design process. This process may be customized to better meet your projects specific needs and objectives.

  1. Initial Consultation (Complete Design Questionnaire)
  2. Get a Quote
  3. Submit Design Deposit
  4. Project Design Review & Approval
  5. Project Development/Creation
  6. Project Testing & Quality Review
  7. Final Customer Review and Approval
  8. Project Completion/Web Site Launch

 

 

Pricing & Payment Policy

Pricing is based on the complexity and size of each project. After the terms of your project are decided we will negotiate a reasonable price.

When total payment is received all files will be transferred to the client and become the property of the client.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Credit Card through PayPal or Harvest Online Invoice.

Payment Policy

You can make 3 easy payments when you order your Web Design Package

  1. Initial Payment/Retainer - 1/3 of total price due after consultation and signed agreement
  2. Design Approval - 1/3 of total price due after signed project design approval
  3. Project Completion - 1/3 price of total price due at project completion
